The Service Quality in Hospitality and Tourism: Experiencing Persian Heritage conference is scheduled for 16-17 July 2016, taking place in Isfahan, the heritage city of Iran.
Gathering a wide range of tourism theory and practice stakeholders, the conference will address the thematic areas relating to service quality in hospitality and tourism. Its program will foster inter-disciplinary and inter-professional collaborative participation with the goal of enriching tourist experience and hence promoting national and international communication and understanding.
The conference will be featuring international keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, individual presentations, and best-paper awards. Authors of some 20 papers presented at the conference will be invited to publish their works in a book (details forthcoming).
A two-day post-conference tour will showcase the best of Isfahan. Abbasi Hotel, commonly known as “the Persian hotel“ of Iran is the main venue of the conference.
